Class Descriptions:

Homeschool Class = This class is for homeschool students! It is specialized to count as one of your physical activities and also for you to learn gymnastics or cheerleading skills!

Advanced Tiny Tumblers = This class is designed for the little elite gymnasts. These children have a cartwheel at an early age and are evaluated to be in this class.

Tiny Tumblers Class = This class is for our younger gymnasts ages 3-5.

Level 1 Tumbling Class = Forward & backward rolls, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, front & back limbers assisted, handstand rolls, cartwheel and handstand blocks, standing back handspring.

Level 2 Tumbling Class =  Round-off back handspring, round-off back handspring series, standing back handspring series, front and back walkover and step-outs assisted.

Beginners Gymnastics Class = First time gymnasts! They will learn floor tumbling, beam and other vital gymnastics skills!

Intermediate Gymnastics Class =  These gymnasts are ready to learn more advanced skills to move forward to soon compete as a Compulsory gymnast. This class is subject for individual evaluation!

Advanced Tumbling =  Round-off backhandspring tucks, round-off tucks, standing tucks, layouts, and fulls.

Jumps/Flexibility Class = This class is designed for you to learn/work on cheerleading jumps and ways to become more flexible for the jumps and cheerleading in general.

Cheernastics Class = You will learn cheerleading motions, jumps, stunting, and some cheers/chants.

Open Gym = You can come and tumble for only $10 each time you come. There will be coaches there to spot and help you with your skills but it is also a time for you to perfect the skills you already have!
